Our preservative-free cream is handcrafted in small batches to deliver the highest quality and most potent ingredients. For this reason, each jar has a limited shelf life of 3-6 months once opened and it is made to order.  

We do not accept returns to protect the integrity of our products and the safety of our customers. This policy ensures that the cream you receive has never been tampered with or exposed to conditions that could compromise its freshness.

Should you receive a defective product, immediately email us a picture to info@beabutter.us, we will replace the unused product ordered IF it is deemed damaged within 5 days of receipt.
