At beabutter, every jar is thoughtfully crafted in small batches using shea butter, botanical ingredients, and CBD isolate. We believe your skincare deserves the same care during delivery as it receives during production.
our weekly shipping schedule
To help protect the quality and texture of our handcrafted body butter, beabutter ships every Monday, excluding holidays and circumstances requiring a shipping adjustment.
order cutoff: Thursday at 11:59 PM Pacific Time
orders placed by Thursday's cutoff: Scheduled to ship the following Monday
orders placed Friday through Thursday: Scheduled to ship the next Monday after that Thursday's cutoff
This schedule allows us to prepare, package, and inspect your order before shipment.
processing & delivery
beabutter is made in small batches and prepared specifically for your order.
Most orders are scheduled to ship within 4–10 calendar days of purchase, depending on when the order is placed. Once your package is handed to the carrier, transit time depends on your destination and the shipping service selected, usually a two day delivery.
You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships and will require a signature confirmation.
temperature-sensitive shipping
Because beabutter is made with natural butters and oils, it may soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures.
We carefully package orders and generally ship at the beginning of the week to reduce unnecessary weekend transit.
During extreme weather, we may adjust shipment timing to help protect product quality. If a change affects your scheduled shipment date, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the option to cancel for a refund.
If your BeaButter arrives softened, place the sealed container upright in a cool location and allow it to firm up before opening. The whipped texture may change after melting.

We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States, subject to applicable carrier restrictions and CBD shipping regulations.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible, preferably before your scheduled shipping day.
If your order arrives damaged or you experience a delivery issue, please contact us promptly with your order number and photographs, if applicable, so we can review the situation.
holiday shipping
During the holiday season, carrier transit times may increase. Please order early, especially when purchasing gifts.
We will publish holiday ordering deadlines as major shipping holidays approach.
